A LEGACY OF PRECISION

For Varneal "Richie" Mack, precision isn't just a professional requirement—it’s a way of life. Richie’s journey in aviation began over two decades ago in the United States Army, where he served as an Avionics Flight Systems & Radar Technician Supervisor. In an environment where there is zero margin for error, he learned that the quality of a single component can determine the success of a mission.

FROM THE FLIGHT LINE TO YOUR HANGAR

That same commitment to excellence followed him through a distinguished career at some of the biggest names in aerospace, including Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin. Having spent years hands-on with legendary airframes like the UH-60 Black Hawk and the C-130J Hercules, Richie saw firsthand how the right technical oversight and kitting could transform maintenance from a hurdle into a high-performance standard.

THE "GOODS" IN MACK'S GOODS

When we founded Mack’s Goods, the goal was simple: to take 20 years of elite-level aerospace experience and bring it directly to our clients.

The "Goods" we provide aren't just parts or services; they are the result of two decades of fabrication, troubleshooting, and engineering validation. Whether it’s sustainment for legacy aircraft or complex electronics integration, you aren't just getting a vendor—you’re getting the oversight of a veteran who has kept the world’s most advanced aircraft flight-line ready for over 20 years.

BUILT ON INTEGRITY

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mack’s Goods is more than a business—it’s a personal commitment. We believe that every technician deserves a kit that works the first time, and every aircraft deserves engineering that stands the test of time.

SME Engineering Services

We have a full service suite to support your flight sustainment needs.

Services

Precision Design & Analysis. Leverage Subject Matter Expertise for airframe integrity, systems integration, and engineering life-cycle support.

Zero-Waste Sustainment. We pre-package every nut, bolt, and gasket into mission-specific kits, reducing maintenance downtime by up to 40%.

Certifiable Excellence. Independent quality audits and technical oversight ensuring every component meets rigorous FAA/Military airworthiness standards.

Stage-Gate Component Integration. We verify, test, and prep components so they are 100% "Plug-and-Play" before they ever touch a technician’s hand.

Bridge Engineering

Multi-point engineering validation:
  • Level 1: Parts Verification (Right NSN/Part Number).
  • Level 2: Condition Assessment (Zero-defect/Flight-line ready).
  • Level 3: Configuration Management (Ensuring the kit matches the specific aircraft mod-status)
Every component in this kit has passed TQO validation. It is clean, inspected, and ready for immediate install. No further bench-testing required..
  • We are the engineering "bridge" between aging airframes and modern safety/performance requirements.
  • DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) Managemen
  • Don't ground a fleet because of a missing sub-component. Our engineers design, validate, and kit the solution to keep legacy metal in the air.

The Last Mile of Maintenance

Technical Quality Oversight

  • We own the complexity so your technicians can own the wrench-turn.
  • When the box opens, the technician has 100% of the components, consumables, and specialized tooling required for that specific tail number or tail-section task.
  • Before: 4 hours of logistics, 15 trips to the parts room, 3 "work-stoppage" orders.
  • After: 5 minutes of setup, 100% focus on the airframe.
