That same commitment to excellence followed him through a distinguished career at some of the biggest names in aerospace, including Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin. Having spent years hands-on with legendary airframes like the UH-60 Black Hawk and the C-130J Hercules, Richie saw firsthand how the right technical oversight and kitting could transform maintenance from a hurdle into a high-performance standard.
